This course is for workers in factories, warehouses, health care, retail and most other workplaces that are not construction sites. It follows the OSHA 10-Hour General Industry outreach course, and is useful for the 30-Hour course and for supervisors who must know the rules.
OSHA has no national knowledge test. An OSHA 10 or 30 card is issued only by an OSHA-authorized outreach trainer after the full course; the trainer's final exam needs at least 70 percent, so the mock test here is 20 questions, 14 to pass. This course prepares you for that exam and for the job — it does not issue a card.

This course drills 190 questions. Every one is written from 29 CFR Part 1910, the federal OSHA standards, and names the section that proves its answer. States with their own OSHA-approved plans may add stricter rules.
